Mindfulness Through Walking

Let go of the self to find yourself; back to basics (walk as a toddler) in order to understand body mechanics and let go of the monkey mind.
As we learn to walk the body has to be perfectly aligned, stabilising muscles are still developing and our minds with less distractions can focus on the task of walking. As we become more engrossed in our world we not only lose our ability to be in the here and now but the accuracy of our alignment becomes lost.
Back to basics; Finding ourselves through mindfulness and becoming more aware of correct body alignment can be as simple or complex as those first few steps.
